About delivery:

In all orders the type of freight is DAP (DELIVERED AT PLACE)

Deadline:

The manufacturing period must also be considered and added to the delivery period.

Only for products posted on the website. (When previously informed)

 

Credit card:

  • The manufacturing period (if any) and delivery time for your product (s) becomes effective after the payment confirmation by the financial institution.

 

Freight:

The freight must be consulted through the API provided by the DHL carrier.

 

Refusal to Receive:

The customer must observe the following aspects upon receipt:

  • Open or damaged packaging;
  • Defective product;
  • Product in disagreement with the order;
  • Lack of items;
  • Violation of the warranty seal.

In the event of any disagreement, the customer must refuse to receive the Product in

question and contact the Customer Service for immediate solution of the identified problem. In the event of improper receipt of the product, the customer may request the exchange only in the cases mentioned in the Exchange and Returns Policy.

Miscellaneous:

  • Order changes: Hybel will not accept changes to the order (payment methods,
  • quantities, delivery) after completing the purchase process on the website.
  • Delays: Some exceptional situations can cause delays in the delivery, such as the indication of a wrong, incomplete or non-existent address or the occurrence of natural (rain, flood) or human factors (strikes, accidents), known as acts of God, force majeure and others.
  • Loss or Theft: As soon as we are notified of the case of loss, or theft of goods that are in the possession of the carrier, we will issue a new order and a new shipment to the company responsible for transport. This process may generate a delay delivery of your order. To check what happened to your order, we need, on average, 5 days to complete the process and send you a new product. Sending a new merchandise, regardless of the compensation that will be made by the responsible company for delivery, there will be no additional cost for Hybel customer.
